Your initial appointment length can vary greatly from a minimum of an hour to almost three hours if treatment is initiated.  For this reason, we please ask that you plan accordingly and carve out your morning or afternoon for us depending on what time your appointment is.

Dr. Russell also invites you to bring a spouse, partner, parent or any support person to your initial visit as we will be sharing a lot of information and it can be helpful to have another set of ears
