After graduating from the University of Washington School of Dentistry In 2005, Dr. Russell joined his father’s dental practice. “I was thankful to learn from a man whose gentle nature, forward-thinking, and excellence at his craft inspired me to dive deeply into ways I could help patients beyond healthy and beautiful teeth. Namely, the treatment of sleep-related breathing and temporomandibular disorders.”
Over time, he developed a passion for treating these patients and was determined to master these skills. In 2020, he became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine after completing their Mastery Program, an honor achieved by few dentists nationally. He also spent over 150 hours training under Dr. Steven Olmos, an internationally recognized leader in this field. He continues a commitment to lifelong learning by educating himself and his team on the latest diagnostic and treatment modalities.
Today, Dr. Russell has limited his practice to treating TMJ disorders, facial pain, headaches, and sleep-related breathing disorders, including snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. It is his goal to be a partner in YOUR patient’s care. First and foremost, our team will honor your relationship as their provider. Dr. Russell will treat your patients as he would his family.
“I thrive when connecting with my patients and team on a personal level. I believe that empathy, listening, and asking the right questions are vital to understanding patient concerns.
Knowledge, skill, experience, and a highly trained team are critical to achieving treatment success, which improves a person’s quality of life in a meaningful and often profound way.
I am grateful to have a team of people surrounding me who share this vision.”
